Mark worked efficiently and took great care to complete the work cleanly. Very respectful towards my home,. Mark explained how the system works and was able to answer all questions fully. Having sheered the indoor handle off our patio door (French Door style) I called Steve Brown at 8:55 a.m. and explained the problem. He was friendly and professional and said he could be with us by 12:00 noon. He arrived as promised (if fact a little early which was great), quickly identified the problem and replaced the mechanism from stock carried on his van and all sorted within 30 minutes. Really cannot recommend highly enough, just wish all tradesmen/women took the same pride in their work and customer service skills - 10/10 Steve - Thank you.

Recently had to call out a locksmith after my door refused to lock properly. I chose Pick Me Locksmith as they were local and had good reviews. Mark visited the same afternoon and he soon got the lock working properly. Friday evening, my key broke in the lock of my front door. I Googled the local locksmiths, first to answer was just about to go on holiday - fair enough. Second was just going out for dinner . . . starting to doubt what 24hr service actually meant on the website. Luckily Mark at Pick Me Locksmith finally picked up. Arrived quickly and did an efficient job for a very reasonable price. He made the costs clear before starting work - so didn’t get stung with “call out fee”. He explained what he was doing as he went along. Was very professional in terms of paperwork and ensuring nothing “untoward”, and as already mentioned provided excellent, polite, professional service for a fair price. Included replacing the damaged lock and a thorough explanation of what had failed. Would recommend and use his company again.
