I contacted Steve, as I was having problems with broken locks on two windows of a rental property. I'd been speaking with a local window company previously to get them fixed, and trying to get information out of them (or have them turn up when they said they would) was like pulling teeth! Steve went out to the property the day after I called, and updated me as soon as he'd been there with the options. He was able to confirm right away when he could complete the work, which meant minimal hassle for me and I knew I the property would be secure again within a matter of days. Steve was a pleasure to deal with, and I couldn't rate him highly enough!!

After finding Pick Me Locksmith through Google, and being impressed by their reviews, I decided to email them. I got a reply very quickly from Mark, and after discussing the work I wanted doing I was put through to Steve. After a few email exchanges and a phone call Steve popped round a few hours later and got to work.

Having no knowledge of locksmiths at all, google provided a number of companies. I was fortunate enough to pick Steve from Pick me locksmith. I was aware of the predicament I was in, as to find a replacement lock for a 50 plus year old solid glass door seemed near impossible. I truly believe that others would have surrendered to being unable to fix the situation, however Steve worked very hard and managed to adapt a new lock into a very old fitting after carving out a new pattern in an old steal frame ( similar to mission impossible). I would whole heartedly recommend Steve of Pick me a locksmith to any one out there that requires such help, friendly, honest, trustworthy, and excellent value for money. If ever I required a locksmith again I would not hesitate to call Pick me a Locksmith.
